We are Thank God It’s Feedin’ (TGIF) Day Project, Inc. A fully notarized and registered non-stock / non-profit corporation in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with Company Registration No. CN201026920 last August 09th, 2010. We are an enthusiastic, results driven group of young, creative and dedicated professionals in the City of Davao PHILIPPINES. We all come from different walks and backgrounds sharing the same vision of eliminating malnutrition and empowering the younger generation within our community. We are driven in the sole purpose of reaching out and addressing the needs of our blooming city by all means.

PROJECT TGIF 1st day
In lieu to this, our on-going project now on it’s 2nd year is penned as, Project TGIF that started last July 2009. We adopted one of the most undernourished public elementary school in Davao City; the S.I.R. Elementary School. In that school, we adopted more than 250 listed undernourished kids from Grades 1-6.
In partnership with NOW Outsourcing Services, we are now able to team up with a bunch of “cheerful givers” ready to extend a hand to the undernourished kids in our community.
This project basically rooted from an “INSPIRING ACT OF LOVE” from good friend Lia Montalvan’s FEEDING PROGRAM in Quezon, Bukidnon (a rural area two hours land travel from Davao City) where she continually feeds 300-400 undernourished kids in their local public school every week that was initiated by her late father more than 5 years ago with a very cost-efficient budget and a “genuinely pure hearted” vision. She would organize everyone in their community and coordinate with the public school administration to work closely for the success of their feeding program.
